I was lucky enough to see Dale at our Support conference 2 years ago. He did this Minority Report kind of thing with frames projected onto a canvas and he was just spectacular. I do not remember anyone else presenting on the day but Dale. He was a natural on stage and off the stage and people were drawn to his personality and endless source of knowledge about technology and business. I am so saddened by the news, we will miss Dale very much.
