Dale was an inspirational guy to work with and be around. He was always ready to laugh and make other people laugh. I have a very clear memory of him telling me not to "shoot my load too early" when talking about the merits of dual band WiFi to a bunch of online bloggers... I remember falling into an uncontrollable fit of laughter after the comment and being pretty much unable to contribute anything sensible there after. He was an innovative thinker and an exceptional communicator and he will be remembered in the most positive manner by all who worked with him.
