I regularly talk of the fantastic presentation Dale gave at our People conference years ago... bringing to life technology in the home using, what looked like, a virtual reality presentation. He was a really amazing and fantastic example of how enthusiasm and motivation can bring subjects to life. Always carrying a smile he will be sadly missed right across our business, and industry.
