Without knowing it Dale was in each of my inductions that I have ran over the years. New people who joined our business knew Dale and loved him through the fantastic Dan&Dale show videos. He brought fun & laughter to so many. I meet Dale once at a conference in Birmingham. He took the time to stop and chat and had an enthusiasm and passion which is beyond words. A truly great man.
