I had the privilege of (attempting) to manage Dale for many years and more importantly of having him as a friend for many more. His energy and enthusiasm would always fill the room. Everyone enjoyed working with him from the members of his team to the CEO. At so many milestones of the company, Dale and his team were there: supporting Richard Branson "in a box" when VM was launched from a very snowy Covent Garden; demonstrating VM's new 50 Mb/s superfast Broadband service in 2008 (it was a lot back then) and VM's TiVo service n 2010 from The House of St Barnabas in Soho. Above all Dale taught me how to face the challenges that both life and work put in your way with dignity and courage. Thank you Dale. Kevin
