To be honest I knew Dale but like many at Virgin Media he wouldn't have known me. That didn't stop him chatting when questioned after one of his presentations on the latest Tech he was working on. One that comes to mind is the home security presentation when he beamed live pictures of his house and turned lights on and off at the touch of a button (could have been a swipe of his I pad?) A thoroughly lovely bloke, but then you all know that. Rest easy fella.
