I'll never forget a workshop a few years back where Dale had us all dress in ponchos and pass balloons between our legs! If we were honest, no one really wanted to do it, but Dale's enthusiasm won the day and even the most 'bah humbug' of us got involved. I also worked with Dale while on a secondment in to his team. He was always encouraging and positive, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. You'll be missed Dale, but always remembered :)
