God, I can't even remember how that nickname came about, but it was one of many, I think your Gangsta name - D-Dog was my favourite (coz you always were totally Gangsta)! Or was it Queen of the Nile ..... so many to choose from.

Dale was always so much fun to work with and our regular email exchanges always made me chuckle, he would certainly always brighten up a dull day and never took himself overly seriously - a very redeeming feature.

Classic example below, I asked Dale for 3 points on what makes a great leader, he came back with:

1. Great hair
2. A bitchin' car
3. Lots of lycra

I will leave out any of the references he made to his size 11's!!

You'll certainly be missed Chipster ... esp, by all those IT geeks who voted you as the sexiest man in IT :-)
